Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), meet your guide, transfer to your hotel, and complete final equipment checks.

Day 2: Flight to Lukla (2,846m) ➔ Trek to Phakding (2,610m) ➔ Night 2

Trek time: 3–4 hours. A scenic, thrilling 35-minute mountain flight lands you in Lukla. Descend gradually along the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding.

Day 3: Phakding ➔ Namche Bazaar (3,440m) ➔ Night 3

Trek time: 5–6 hours. Cross high suspension bridges (including the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge) and tackle the steep, punishing climb up to Namche, the vibrant Sherpa capital.

Day 4: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar (3,440m) ➔ Night 4

No packing. Mandatory rest day. Take a morning acclimatization hike up to the Everest View Hotel (3,880m) for your very first glimpse of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam, then explore Namche's bakeries and gear shops.

Day 5: Namche Bazaar ➔ Tengboche (3,860m) ➔ Night 5

Trek time: 5–6 hours. Follow a smooth winding trail with beautiful vistas, drop down to the river, and climb back up through rhododendron forests to the sacred, panoramic Tengboche Monastery.

🏔️ Phase 2: Pushing Beyond 4,000m to the Base Camp (Days 6–9)

Day 6: Tengboche ➔ Dingboche (4,410m) ➔ Night 6

Trek time: 5–6 hours. Cross the Imja Khola river, pass through the mani stones of Pangboche village, and enter the alpine, tree-less summer settlement of Dingboche.

Day 7: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche (4,410m) ➔ Night 7

No packing. Second mandatory rest day. Take a steep acclimatization day hike up Nagarjun Hill (5,100m) for sweeping views of Makalu and Island Peak, returning to Dingboche to rest.

Day 8: Dingboche ➔ Lobuche (4,940m) ➔ Night 8

Trek time: 4–5 hours. Trek along the wide valley plain to Thukla, climb the steep Thukla Pass to pass the emotional Sherpa Climbers' Memorial, and continue alongside the Khumbu Glacier to Lobuche.

Day 9: Lobuche ➔ Gorak Shep (5,164m) ➔ Everest Base Camp (5,364m) ➔ Return to Gorak Shep ➔ Night 9

Trek time: 7–8 hours. Trek across rocky glacial moraine to Gorak Shep, drop your main luggage, and push immediately toward the iconic Everest Base Camp (5,364m). Celebrate among the prayer flags and ice seracs before walking back to Gorak Shep for the night.

🌅 Phase 3: The Ultimate Summit View & Descent (Days 10–14)

Day 10: Gorak Shep ➔ Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m) ➔ Descend to Pheriche (4,371m) ➔ Night 10

Trek time: 7–8 hours. Wake up at 4:00 AM to climb the steep, freezing ridge of Kala Patthar for the absolute best, unobstructed sunrise view over Mt. Everest. Return to Gorak Shep for breakfast, then begin a long, oxygen-rich descent down to Pheriche.

Day 11: Pheriche ➔ Namche Bazaar (3,440m) ➔ Night 11

Trek time: 6–7 hours. Walk down past Pangboche and Tengboche, descending steeply back into the treeline and warm air of Namche Bazaar. Enjoy a celebratory hot shower.

Day 12: Namche Bazaar ➔ Lukla (2,846m) ➔ Night 12

Trek time: 6–7 hours. Your final day on the trail. Complete the long knee-burning drop back to the Dudh Koshi River and hike up the rolling hills back to Lukla for a farewell dinner with your porters.

Day 13: Flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu (1,400m) ➔ Night 13

Board a morning flight back to Kathmandu. Arrive at your hotel and spend the day relaxing, souvenir shopping, or getting a massage.

Day 14: Final Departure from Kathmandu ➔ 13 Nights Complete

Transfer to TIA for your international flight home.
